Registration Requirements

Thank you for your interest in our Annual Baron Investment Conference. Over the past 23 years, these unique events were designed to enable our investors to learn more about how we invest and to thank them for their investment in Baron Funds and our products.

Unfortunately, due to the increased popularity of our conference and space limitations in our event venue, we are not able to accommodate everyone interested in attending. Luckily, today’s technology will permit all of our shareholders to participate in the conference through the live webcast of the event.
Many of you have reached out to us with suggestions to improve our registration process. Again this year, we are imposing the registration restrictions that appear below. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at our 2014 event.

Registration Requirements

• The conference is for Baron Funds shareholders as well as consultants, intermediaries, registered financial advisers and institutional clients of Baron Capital Management and BAMCO.

• Registrants in partnerships, trusts or corporate accounts must be able to make transactions in those accounts in order to be recognized as shareholders. Documentation may be required.

• There will be preferred seating for shareholders with over $125K invested. Preferred seating will be held until
9:00 a.m.

• Each registrant must have at least $15K invested in the Baron Funds (aggregate of all accounts, $30K for a couple).

Seats are limited and will be filled as attendees arrive. We may not be able to accommodate all registration requests.
